Vintage 1960s or 1970s belted jumpsuit / romper by Sears, Roebuck and Co. from their Sears At Home Wear Line.

Great vintage look! Coral / orange color with gold and orange trim around the neck and sleeves and a matching belt. Gold tassel on zipper. Has the look of a housecoat / robe, but it is actually a wide leg jumpsuit.
